We aggregate and present information concerning various elite youth sports academies, schools, and training facilities across Canada. Crucially, VexaSport does not own, operate, manage, or hold any financial stake in the academies listed.

While we expend considerable effort to verify the credentials and operational status of listed institutions, we make absolutely no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of the information presented. The inclusion of an academy does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of safety, or assurance of educational quality by VexaSport.

3. User Responsibilities and Due Diligence

It is the sole and non-delegable responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to conduct comprehensive due diligence before enrolling a child in any program found via our platform. Users agree to:

  • Independently verify all certifications, licenses, and background checks of the coaching staff at the chosen academy.
  • Personally inspect the training facilities for safety and appropriateness.
  • Review the specific contracts, liability waivers, and refund policies provided directly by the academy, as VexaSport has no jurisdiction over these agreements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content embedded within the Website, including but not limited to textual content, proprietary graphics, generated icons, logos, layout designs, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of VexaSport and is vigorously protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our express written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VexaSport, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the platform or your child's participation in any academy listed herein. This includes, without limitation, physical injury, property damage, financial loss, or emotional distress resulting from engagements initiated through our directory.

6. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VexaSport against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your interactions with any third-party academy discovered through our platform.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Tyler, TX 75701.
